In a step-by-step process, Stephanie, as a Satori Lifestyle coach, helps her clients, individually or in group settings with individual attention, reflect, evaluate and shift their health and wellbeing through four areas of overall wellness, including tools and techniques for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Radical Self-Care in a Time of Collective Burnout: $45 for a 2 hour seminar on Saturday, April 9, 9am to 11am PST

We discuss and incorporate mindfulness, hunger awareness, intention and attention, through powerful discussion, exercises and tools. The series includes an emailed workbook to help guide and enhance your own mindfulness when it comes to food and eating.
