About Stephanie Lyon, Your Mindfulness Facilitator

Stephanie has utilized mindfulness practices for over 20 years, both personally in her own healing, as well as with her patients. She is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practitioner (since 2019) and offers a broad selection of mindfulness education, meditations, and workshops for you to learn and evolve your mindfulness practices.
